By accessing or using Uni·ID services, including Profile·Uni·ID (profile.uniid.in) and Bio·Uni·ID (bio.uniid.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including families, marriage consultants, and visitors.

2. Service Description

Profile·Uni·ID

A private digital marriage profile platform where verified consultants help families create, manage, and share matrimonial profiles through secure, non-public links.

Bio·Uni·ID

A biodata image generation service that creates professional marriage biodata images from Profile·Uni·ID data. Currently offered completely free during our launch phase.

3. User Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the service for lawful matrimonial purposes only

4. User Accounts and Registration

For Families

Profiles are typically created with the assistance of verified marriage consultants. Families are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information
  • Maintaining control over their profile and access rights
  • Approving or revoking consultant access
  • Deciding who can view their profile via secure links

For Consultants

Marriage consultants must:

  • Complete verification process before accessing the platform
  • Maintain professional standards and ethical conduct
  • Respect family privacy and data protection
  • Only share profiles with explicit family consent
  • Not misuse or abuse platform features

5. Privacy and Data Protection

🔒 Core Principle: Your profile is NEVER public. No search engines. No browsing.

All profiles on Uni·ID are:

  • Private by default
  • Not indexed by search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
  • Only accessible via secure, private links
  • Fully controlled by the profile owner/family

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

Current Status

Bio·Uni·ID biodata generation service is currently completely free. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future, with advance notice to existing users.

Profile·Uni·ID

Creating, editing, and sharing profiles via secure links remains free. Additional premium features may be introduced in the future.

Refund Policy

As our services are currently free, no refunds are applicable. If paid features are introduced, we will provide a clear refund policy at that time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Uni·ID services to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
  • Share private profile links publicly or on social media
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, horoscopes, personal information). By using our service, you grant Uni·ID a limited license to:

  • Store and display your profile information
  • Generate biodata images from your profile data
  • Process and optimize media files for platform performance

Platform Content

All biodata templates, platform design, and software remain the intellectual property of Uni·ID. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our platform.

9. Biodata Image Usage

Biodata images generated through Bio·Uni·ID:

  • Are for personal marriage-related use only
  • Include an embedded Profile·Uni·ID link for verification
  • May be shared with families and consultants
  • Should not be used for commercial purposes
  • Remain your property but include our branding/watermark

10. Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Profile deletion will remove your data from public access, but backups may be retained for a limited period.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Provide fraudulent or false information
  • Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
  • Violate other users' privacy or rights

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Uni·ID services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Successful matchmaking outcomes
  • Accuracy of user-provided information
  • Compatibility between profiles

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uni·ID shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use our services
  • Interactions between users (families and consultants)
  • Accuracy or reliability of user-provided information
  • Loss of data due to technical issues
  • Third-party actions or data breaches

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
